2.) What are the room rates at the Bavarian Inn?
A: Room rates are $135 per standard double room, $145 per premium queen or king room, and $209 per suite. This does not include any extra fees or taxes that are charged by the Bavarian Inn.

3.) Are meals included?
A: The registration rate includes lunch on Thursday and breakfast on Friday.  Coffee is provided throughout the conference.

4.) What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made in writing (email) prior to September 25, 2025.  No refund(s) will be offered after this date, but someone else may attend in their place at no extra charge.

5.) Do I need to register for the workshops I want to attend?
A: Workshops will be on a first-come, first-served basis and closed at room capacity.
