To pay online for the training:
Select the pricing option based on number of attendees that you are registering, enter the number of attendees in the "quantity" field, and then hit "add to cart".
To pay by check:
After registering participants, select "Will Send a Check" in the Pricing Option section. You will receive an invoice via email with the total cost based on the number of people registered.
Please make the check out to MHBFSA. The check can be mailed with the completed registration form to: Selina Gross, 1226 N. State Road, Owosso, MI 48867
*Payment must be received before the start of the training/conference.
