PURPOSE: The Executive Committee shall act on behalf of the board in facilitating decision making at and between board meetings.

FUNCTIONS:  The committee shall plan and run all meetings. Members of this committee will plan, organize, and run the annual board retreat. All needed documentation, such as, association goals, by-laws, and standards, are prepared and disseminated by this committee.  Members of the executive committee provide support for all other committees.
