PURPOSE: To develop and maintain mechanisms by which individuals and organizations can formally "join: the Association in its pursuit of identified goals and objectives.
FUNCTIONS: Conduct an annual membership drive of all persons eligible for membership and encourage them to become members. Develop and submit to the Board of Directors an annual Income/Expense budget to be approved at the first board meeting of the year, based on identified or anticipated expenditures. In the case of new projects, develop and submit a budget based on the desired or desirable activities. Develop short and long-range goals and objectives and annually review the committee's roles and functions.
